These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and shopislot.cam ("shopislot", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://shopislot.cam.

• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process required prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise requested by shopislot.
• "Platform" — the website at https://shopislot.cam, including all its subpages, features, games, and services.
• "Services" — all gambling, gaming, betting, and ancillary services provided by shopislot through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" — a transfer of real-money funds from a User's Account to an approved external payment account.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform.

To register and maintain an account on shopislot, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. shopislot enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all gambling activities on the Platform.
2. You are registering as an individual using your true and accurate personal details. Registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
3. You have not previously been self-excluded from shopislot or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
4. You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by law, and you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to determine the legality of such access in your own jurisdiction.
5. You are of sound mind and are not registering under any duress or undue influence.

Each User may register only one (1) account on shopislot. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Upon registration, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly should any of it change.

shopislot reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Valid Malaysian government-issued identification (MyKad, passport, or driver's licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 3 months);
• A selfie photograph of the account holder holding the identification document;
• Proof of payment method ownership where applicable.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account using your login details shall be deemed to have been conducted by you. shopislot accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

5.1 Deposits

shopislot accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) via approved Malaysian payment methods. Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits may also be accepted; please refer to the Platform's current deposit page for the most up-to-date list of accepted methods.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being met: (a) the Account holder has completed full KYC verification; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed the stated daily and monthly limits; and (d) the Account is in good standing with no pending disputes or investigations.

shopislot reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. In cases where fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected, shopislot may withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation and may report the activity to relevant authorities.

shopislot may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions published on the promotions page, which shall be read in conjunction with these Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount (and, where stated, the deposit amount) and must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless expressly permitted by the specific promotion terms.
• shopislot reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at its sole discretion, including where abuse or exploitation of promotional terms is detected.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to place bets on games explicitly excluded from the promotion's contribution towards wagering requirements.
• Players who self-exclude or apply responsible gambling restrictions may have active bonus balances cancelled in line with the player protection measures applied.

Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, use of bonus funds in a manner designed to guarantee profits irrespective of outcome, or collusion with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

All bets, wagers, and game plays placed on shopislot are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are accessible within the game interface or betting section at the time of play. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall take precedence for matters relating to that game.

The following general rules apply to all gambling activity on shopislot:

• All bets are final once confirmed. shopislot does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in cases of manifest technical error.
• shopislot reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, based on incorrect odds or game parameters, or where technical malfunctions have affected the integrity of the bet.
• Sports betting markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and all other available markets — are subject to the sportsbook rules applicable at the time of the event. Live in-play bets are accepted at shopislot's discretion and may be suspended at any time.
• Mix Parlay bets require all individual selections to win. If one or more selections are void, the parlay odds will be adjusted accordingly in line with sportsbook rules.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of shopislot shall be final after a fair review process.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on shopislot and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform under any identity, real or fictitious;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Accessing the Platform using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or loopholes for personal gain;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated wagering designed to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in charge-back fraud or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider;
• Interfering with, hacking, or attempting to disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any other individual.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, shopislot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or its Services.

shopislot specifically disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity;
• Interruption of service due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Errors in game results caused by manifest technical malfunction, provided shopislot takes reasonable steps to correct and notify affected users;
• Any financial loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment service providers, including any delays in deposit or withdrawal processing.

The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. shopislot makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

shopislot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes;
• The Account holder is under the age of 21;
• The Account poses a risk to the security, integrity, or reputation of the Platform;
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has directed the suspension or closure of the Account.

Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, shopislot reserves the right to withhold any funds in the Account pending investigation. Where no breach is established, a User may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Account holder via their registered payment method following standard verification procedures.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which shopislot holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction. shopislot acknowledges that Malaysian users operate in a jurisdiction without specific online gambling regulation and encourages all users to be aware of their local legal environment.

shopislot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, shopislot will endeavour to provide notice via the Platform or by email to registered Account holders. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
